Plan Includes:

• One Property Check Up Per Week, Thoroughly Checked inside & out.

• Inspection for any damages or break-ins

• We Air out your property (naturally removes indoor pollutants, helps prevent mould, gets rid of stale odours, helps lower airborne viruses and bacteria loads )

• We can organise maintenance people, cleaner, gardener, swimming pool cleaner and more at your request.

• We can start your car weekly so the car battery doesn't go flat.

• We can water any small pot plants you may have. (this does not include watering garden plants or trees)

• Water flush Taps, Sinks & Toilets (Helps prevent bacterial growth (especially Legionella): Stagnant, lukewarm water in pipes allows Legionella bacteria to multiply. Flushing brings in fresh, chlorinated water from the main supply and stops this from happening. Eliminates metal leaching: Water sitting in pipes for long periods can leach lead, copper, or iron from old plumbing fixtures and solder, leading to dis-coloured, metallic-tasting, or potentially toxic water.

• And any other miscellaneous needs at your request (price varies depending on your extra request)

• Photo updates & report after every check-up.
